Come enjoy one full hour of gymnastics fun and excitement for your child and 13 of his/her friends ages 4 years old or older on events such as the trampoline, pit, rope swing and tumble trak. After playing in the gym your child can continue the celebration for 45 minutes in our party room with cake, ice cream and opening presents. If you are celebrating a birthday or just getting together for a good time, NRG is the ONLY place to be! A truly unique experience that your child will always remember. Parent's Night Out (Ages 5 to 12)
Parents Night Out is offered one Friday per month from 6:30-10:00. This is a fun-filled time starting with a pizza dinner followed by organized gymnastics activities, games and finishing with open gym! NOTE: If you intend to use a voucher, please email or call the office as soon as you register so that we can apply the discount. Multiple children discounts will also be applied AFTER you register. Registration will not be available after 4:30pm the day of the Parent's Night Out. Please call the office if you have any questions.

Clean Up Clinics (Kindergarten and up)
Come out and hone your skills at one of our Clean Up Clinics! Small group ratios and specific drills will help your gymnast have an edge in class and master those more difficult skills. Reserve your spot by stopping by the office and registering. Clean Up Clinics are only $10 for members or non-members. NOTE: If you intend to use a voucher, please email or call the office as soon as you register so that we can apply the discount. There are no multiple child discounts available for Clean Up Clinics.

Progressive Program
By the instructors recommendation or skill assessment, this program prepares each student for more progressive gymnastics. This is the stepping stone to our team program. The teaching scale is based on the USA Gymnastics Developmental System. If you need additional information regarding our Progressive program, please feel free to contact us.
Competitive Teams
Team membership is by invitation only. Male and female gymnasts master routines developed by the USA Gymnastics Program for local, state, regional and national competition. Our boy's team program competes USA Gymnastics levels 4 through 10. Our girl's team program trains levels 4 through 10 while emphasizing the USA Gymnastics optional program, which allows for more individual achievement and creativity.
