 Unlimited Observation You are welcome to watch your child's gymnastics activity from our comfortable glassed viewing area at anytime. Attire One-piece leotards (no ballet tutus or skirts) for girls and pull on shorts & shirts for boys. Bare feet only. For safety, long hair MUST be in a ponytail up and away from the face and off the neck. No jewelry, swim bands, or hair bows please. Dropping a Class A two (2) week written notice must be given to drop a class. You are responsible for all tuition following the two (2) week written notice. Make-Up Classes You must schedule you make-up within 60 days of the missed class. After 60 days, your make up opportunity will be automatically forfeited for that class. We do not credit or refund missed classes. Tuition Payments Class tuition is based on a four-week payment system. Tuition is due in advance by the 1st day of each month. There will be a late fee of $5.00 if tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month. Unpaid tuition will forfeit your child's space in our program. Drop Off and Pick Up Policy Parents are required to stay with their children until our staff takes over responsibility at the beginning of any scheduled activity. Parents must be prompt when picking up their children and are required to come into the facility to pick them up. Please do not have children wait outside to be picked up or allowed to exit the building without adult supervision. |
