Trampoline
and Tumbling
Students in the trampoline
and tumbling classes will learn the basic building blocks
that are needed in order to perform and understand
tumbling skills and sequences. Recreational tumbling
classes will work on handstands, cartwheels and up through
spotted back handsprings. Advanced tumbling classes
will work on tumbling series such as round off back
handsprings through more advanced tumbling
sequences. Placement in advanced tumbling classes is
by instructor recommendation or skill evaluation.
All trampoline and tumbling classes will utilize
trampoline, floor, rod floor and the tumble trak in order
to increase their spatial awareness and skill
progressions. |
