Quick note from the Directors!
We
just want to let everyone know how much we appreciate you and your
children. We love watching all the students learn and progress
through out the year. We also want to tell all of our parents and
students thank you. As we stated in the August newsletter, the
lobby can be very crowded and busy the first few weeks of our fall
session. We have seen crowds in the lobby so far, but we are more
impressed with everyone being understanding and patient while we get
the new session off and running. Thanks again and we appreciate your business. Scott and Rachel Davis

Who is my child's teacher?
You
should have received a card from your child's instructor the first week
of class. Please do not hesitate to leave your number at the
office for them to call you to discuss your child's progress or any
concerns you may have. You may also e-mail your instructor
through Gayle, our Preschool and Girl's Recreational
Director, at gayle@tumblewithus.com or Benji, our Boy's Program Director, at benji@tumblewithus.com.
They will be happy to deliver messages to your instructor and have
them get back with you. If you have an issue or concern that you
feel we need to know about or personally take care of, please do
not hesitate to e-mail Ms. Gayle or Mr. Benji directly.

Gymnastics has cogntive benefits?
We
all know that gymnastics offers great physical benefits such as
strength, flexibility, balance etc. Did you know that it also has
cognitive benefits? "When children are engaging in gymnastics,
they are exercising their brains as well as their bodies."
According to Dr. Robyn Silverman, PhD., "Research suggest that
there is a Strong correlation between physically fit children and
academic achievement."
So, putting your child in
gymnastics just seems to make sense. They are having fun, your
are giving them physical and cognitive benefits, and you are
encouraging your child to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.

What if my child is sick?
Did
you know that in an effort to help reduce the spread of germs, we have
our facility professionally sanitized on a monthly basis and cleaned
every night. However, with the cold and flu season coming up, we
ask that you not bring your child to class if they are sick or have had
a fever within the last 24 hours of their class. Please do
not stress, we will gladly offer a make up for absences because
of your child being sick. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.
