We hope that everyone had a great Halloween! It is amazing how quickly this year is flying by, and before we know it, Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season will be here.
There is a lot going on in November, as you can tell by the important dates listed to the right. Take advantage of the Clean Up Clinics to brush up on those skills that need a little extra work. Be sure to make time for a date night with that special someone while we watch the kids at Parent's Night Out! Don't forget, you can use the Clean Up Clinic to make up one absent from class or if you have two absences, you can come to a Parent's Night Out.
If you are signed up for our Martial Art classes, you should be getting some information from Mr. Ryan regarding a belt testing in late November or early December.
The NRG Teams will also be very busy for the next several months. Both the NRG Girl's and NRG Boy's Teams begin their competition season this month. They worked hard over the last months to be ready for competition. We wish them the best of luck in their upcoming meets.
Thanks again for allowing us to be a part of your children's lives and we love watching them grow and succeed. It is a pleasure to look out in the gym in the evenings and see strong, healthy and happy children.

Our November / December Tiny Tumbler Time registration has started. Our Tiny Tumbler Time classes are a great opportunity for you and your little one to come to the gym and explore. It is a free play class for 1 year olds and their Mom or Dad. The class is only $15 per 4 weeks and you even get a $10 voucher for our next level class when they are 2 years old. Registration is available online.

Want to avoid pesky late fees? Are you getting hit with late fees on your tuition? Tuition at NRG is due on the 1st of the month, but is not counted as late until the 10th of each month. One easy way to avoid any late fees to have your credit card that we have on file set up for automatic payment with us each month. We don't like charging late fees just as much as you don't like receiving them. Please stop by or call the office if you would like to be switched to auto credit card or to check on your account status.

Drop, Shop and Roll!
(Drop off your kids, go shopping and roll in to pick them up)
We know that the holidays can be stressful and that you need some time to get all that Holiday shopping done. NRG has come up with a great deal for you. We are hosting our 2nd Annual Drop, Shop and Roll Parent's Afternoon Off on Saturday, December 18th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The Drop, Shop and Roll is run the same as our Parent's Night Out program, with lots of fun-filled gymnastics, games and activities. We will provide them with pizza for lunch. This event is open for members and non-members, so get a bunch of your friends together and let us watch your children while you shop or take an afternoon off. Registration is available online under the Parent's Night Out tab and is on a first come first serve basis.
