eNeRGy's cheer team started out with a small group of participants with the opportunity to compete locally and what an awesome season it has been. We attended our first competition on February 25th and with much pride Energy Cheer performed a flawless routine. At our second competition on March 10th, the team took 1st place and 2nd overall in their division. May 5th is our last competition of the season. Coach Millie and Melissa are very proud of the commitment and team effort the cheerleaders have put into the program and represented eNeRGy with pride. A big THANK YOU goes out to the parents for their support and dedication to the new cheer team program. As we continue to grow, may the 2012-2013 season be even greater.
The eNeRGy tumbling and trampoline team has done an amazing job in its 1st year. The team attended four regular season meets and just came back from the USAG North Carolina Tumbling And Trampoline State Championships. At the 2012 State Championships they received 4 Gold, 5 Silver, 1 Bronze, And 2 5th place finishes on both tumbling and trampoline. The eNeRGy tumbling and trampoline team will be heading to Tennessee for the USAG Tumbling and Trampoline Regional Championships on May 18th And 19th. They have had a fantastic season so far and are looking forward to finishing the season strong!!!
The Girl’s Gymnastics competitive team improved a tremendous amount this season. We had multiple gymnasts, Bronze through Level 8, place at the State Championship Competition, as well as many competitions throughout the season. Our gymnasts looked great in new uniforms with a higher level of skill and an increased degree of perfection as they confidently represented eNeRGy gymnastics. Team highlights include multiple first place team awards at Crown of the Carolina’s and many team awards in the top three for the season. Gold earned 4th at states, while Silver, Bronze and Platinum earned 10th at state competition.
Our Men's Gymnastics Team also had a great season. They had multiple gymnasts that perform well enough through out theseason to qualify for the either the state or regional level championships. We are also very proud to announce that we had two of our male gymnasts that have qualified to the National Level Competition in Cincinnati Ohio from May 8th - May 13th. Congratulations to Matt Sheldon and DJ Turner and we wish them the best of luck.

Is it time for the Year End Shows, already?
Wow. It feels like this year is flying by. The Year End Shows are just around the corner! Be on the look out for your Year End Show tickets. The students should have received their tickets during their classes last week. If you are in need of an additional ticket or if you lost yours, the office has extras. The tickets are for scrapbooking purposes only. You do not need them to get into the shows. Please look at your ticket for your exact time and date for your child's showtime. In general, the shows will be at 4:30pm and 6:30pm. Any classes that start between 3:45pm and 4:45pm will be in the 4:30pm show and any classes that start at 5:00pm or later, will be in the 6:30pm show. The shows usually last about an hour and a half.
With having so many programs this year, each sport will be having separate year end shows. The dance, cheer and martial art programs will be having their Year End Show performances the last week of May. Again, please note times and dates on your child's ticket for his/her performance times. Gymnastics and T&T classes, will have their shows the week of June 4th - 7th. Our preschool gymnastics classes as well as any recreational and homeschool daytime classes will be during the last week if May as well.
All Saturday classes will be having their last classes on May 19th. All Monday morning and/or preschool classes will have their last class on May, 21st. All parents, grandparents and others are invited into the gym to watch their class. At the end of class, the teachers will present them with their medals and are always ready for pictures!
Our teachers and your children have worked very hard this year and we look forward to seeing all of the performances through out the shows. Thanks for another great year of letting us be part your family.
Don Davis, Rachel and Scott Davis and all of the staff of eNeRGy Kidz!

Can't attend Summer Classes? Now you can!
This Summer we are offering a new option for Summer Classes. If you had wanted to register for Summer classes, but didn't because of vacations and scheduling conflicts. We have the answer for you. Drop In Classes!
During the months of June and July, if you would like to have your child attend a class, you can schedule a Drop In Class. Basically the concept is that you pay per class that you can attend. The pricing for the classes are $22 for any Preschool and Recreational Level classes and $25 for any Intermediate through Progressive Levels. You will need to call the office to schedule your class, however, you can find our Summer schedule online. Be sure that the class you are looking at has a start date of June. Classes will only be available if there is an opening in the class. As a courtesy, please give the office a 24 hour notice beforehand. Again, there are no registration fees and classes are pay as you go!
