We hope that everyone had a great Holiday and Happy New Year. We all enjoyed the time off and are ready to get back into the swing of things at the gym. We have a busy couple of months coming up. In class, you will notice that the students are working hard on all of their skills and those skills needed to move up in levels. In the next months, you will see the instructors and the students start working and preparing for the Year End Shows the week of June 6th - 9th.
Also, be on the look out. You should be seeing something about our registration and class information for the Summer and Fall Schedules coming out pretty soon.
You know how at the beginning of the year, we all make those dreaded things called Resolutions. Well, this year we went looking for the answers on how to keep them.

Come support our Girl's Team. 
The NRG Girl's Team will be competing at North Raleigh the weekend of January 15th and 16th. Come out and show support for our team members and let your little gymnasts see what they can achieve. We have a fabulous concession stand that serves great snacks and meals through out the day! Admission is $5 for adults, $2 for children ages 6 to 12 and FREE for children under the age five.
We will also be hosting a High School Gymnastics Meet at the gym on Friday, January 14th starting at 6:30. Millbrook High School's gymnastics team trains and practices at our gym and we look forward to seeing the hard work they have put forth. Come check out all the talents that the schools from the area has to offer.
