NRG is a family business started in 1986 that prides itself on great customer service, sound teaching progressions and most of all safe, fun and meaningful gymnastics opportunities for your child. All members of our Senior Coaching Staff are Safety and PDP Level 1 certified and are members of USA Gymnastics. Your child will receive the best gymnastics instruction possible, with a strong emphasis on safety. All of our instructors have been trained in safety and are experienced in gymnastics.

We are a fun gymnastics program that combines learning with motor skill development and self confidence! The total fun and fitness program involves not only ability development, but a child's happy attitude. Our philosophy is based on sound educational principles. We strive to create a safe, secure atmosphere that makes learning a challenging and positive experience.

NRG is proud to announce our new Hi 5 Fitness program for 4th - 8th graders! We are also happy to partner with KidzArt and are offering Art Classes on Tuesday nights! KidzArt is all about self-expression and inspiring everyone to become creative thinkers and problem solvers. The classes at KidzArt have a structured curriculum that offers a constructive and creative outlet for expression, communication and problem solving. The curriculum, developed by professionally trained and certified artists, teaches students how to use a variety of mediums using professional quality art materials. Dont forget to ask about our new Little Twisters gymnastics and dance program for 3 to 5 year olds! Clean Up Clinics! Small group ratios and specific drills will help your gymnast have an edge in class and master those more difficult skills. Reserve a spot by stopping by the office and registering.
